Delivery & Returns Policy

Funky-footwear have a choice of delivery options available:

Standard Delivery £3.95 – Please allow 1 – 5 working days from confirmation of your order for the goods to arrive. Applicable to UK orders only.

Express Delivery £8.95 – Please allow 2 – 3 working days from confirmation of your order for the goods to arrive. Applicable to UK orders only.

Items are dispatched Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays) and are delivered between 9am – 5:30pm. We are unable to post at weekends, but your item may be delivered on Saturday.

We want you to be 100% happy with you purchase

However, if for any reason you’re are not, here’s what to do:

Changed your mind? If the goods aren't as you thought they’d be or you don’t like them when they arrive or they simply don’t match the outfit you bought them for, you have up to 45 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box.

If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong item(s), we will offer you an exchange or refund (whichever you want, unless the shoes were a present to you – when the refund can only go to the original purchaser). The refunded amount does not include your delivery charge, it is simply the total cost of the tangible goods orignally purchased.

When returning an item(s) to Funky-footwear you must enclose either the original despatch note that arrived with the good(s) or a copy of your confirmation email.

It is advised you send them recorded and You should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel goes missing, as we can’t help you if this happens
